We, like so many, had a dream holiday booked in 2020.From the very beginning of the pandemic situation, Wendy kept us informed about the situation, worked with us to decide whether to or when to cancel things and provided excellent detail and advice about credits vs cancellations.Her invaluable assistance resulted us in receiving a refund for flights booked with an overseas provider with minimal cancellation fees, which was a huge stress reliever for us.At all times, Wendy was responsive and professional.Whilst we were sad not to be able to take our holiday, we will definitely be rebooking through Helloworld Sunbury when we are eventually able to travel overseas again.Thank you Wendy and the team for everything!
